⚖️ As required under Rule 3(2) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, we have designated a Grievance Officer to address user complaints and concerns.

Response Timeline

In accordance with IT Rules 2021, we will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within 30 days of receipt. If additional time is required, we will inform you of the reason and expected resolution date.

Escalation

If your grievance is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to the relevant regulatory authority or approach a competent court of law in India.
