1. Current Service — Free
As of the effective date of this policy, all features of dscchecker.com are available free of charge. No purchases are required, and therefore no refund requests are applicable at this time.
2. Future Paid Features
If we introduce paid plans, API access, or premium features in the future, the following refund policy will apply:
- Subscription plans: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied.
- One-time purchases: Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.
- Partial use: If you have used a significant portion of a paid feature before requesting a refund, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
- Non-refundable: Fees for completed, one-time API calls or report generation are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.

To request a refund (when applicable), please contact us with your order details. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
4. Payment Processors
Any payments made through third-party payment processors (e.g. Razorpay, PayU) are subject to those providers' own refund timelines, typically 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
